I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the location was perfect. Nestled down an alleyway in Ratchada 13, it felt like a hidden gem away from the touristy areas. The MTR station was conveniently close by, making it easy to explore the city. Additionally, there were plenty of food shops and a 7/11 just a stone's throw away, ensuring that I never went hungry or lacked for any necessities.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic and there was really nothing that could be improved.

Very clean and noiseless hotel, nice well-furnished rooms. Only 10mn by metro from the city center, and far from the noisy / dirty Khao San Road. 7Eleven at 20m.

Do not hesitate to repeat at desk that you want your appartment to be cleaned.

Great Housekeeping and location. The hotel had a nice view of the city and the rooms were kept very clean. It was close to local amenities and easy to walk to various locations.

Disappointing customer service and room quality. The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful during our stay, and the room was poorly maintained with torn bedding and insect infestation.

Internet does not work, so I had to look for another hotel. But I would book this hotel again (maybe internet than work)

The location was great, the staff (including the cleaners) were friendly and the value for money is wonderful.

The rooms were very clean and spacious, with good wardrobe space, hairdryer, kettle, and fridge. the staff was very helpful as well. Another great advantage is that the hotel is located very close to public transportation, which makes it easy to get around the city.

Clean, comfort and really big room. Cheap, but way from historical centre takes 40 minutes. Near the metro station. Very very good!

The hotel offers good value for money, with affordable prices for longer term stays. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with good new furniture and necessary facilities. The location in Ratchada 13 is conveniently close to public transportation and has a variety of cheap but good eating places nearby.

All in all, everything was satisfactory.

The apartment did not accept any credit cards only in cash.

Free internet access, close to metro station, which unfortunately was not running due to the flood. And close to 711 and Robionson Department Store and Big C. In a word, worthwhile...

No hot water provided and no free breakfast.

We loved the location of this hotel, only a few minutes' walk to the MRT station, making it very easy to get around this city. There are plenty of food options nearby, including some street food stalls in the morning and at night. Additionally, the hotel facilities were very clean, and the staff was super helpful!

The rooms were very big, clean, and with a/C. The area has some small restaurants, and many supermarkets. Is very near from the metro stop. I would reccommend it if you dont mind to have the hotel a little far away, and prefer to have some confort for a cheap price.
